Yes he has horns….this is a kid that we “forgot” about till it was a bit too late, but then left him intact simply because we still did not have a daughter from Tilly and she is getting up there in age. As an nine years old she is still doing fantastic on milk test consistently one of the highest producers in the herd. Her longevity has been proven as she still maintains excellent general appearance and excellent udder shape and attachments (pictured below at 9) . We also wanted to keep a son of Ardent before he left. So despite still being “poky” Pepper was a lovely boy long in his body and really wide. We used him for one season for slight line breeding on his sire and bring advantages from his dam Tilly.
